Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Wingly is a subscription-based SaaS product operated by Irsoftwares(irsoftwares.in). Payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Irsoftwares. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately. Your account is downgraded to the Free plan at that point.
  • Cancelling stops future billing cycles. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You retain access to your data (contacts, conversations, automations) after cancellation and can export it within 90 days.

Refund eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: If you upgrade to a paid plan and are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount, or charged after cancellation due to a system error, we will refund the excess amount in full.
  • Extended downtime: If the Wingly platform is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours in a given billing month due to our infrastructure failures (not third-party API issues), we will apply a pro-rata credit to your next billing cycle.

Non-refundable situations

  • Partial months after cancellation (unless within the 7-day window).
  • Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp Business API or other third-party services outside our control.
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Yearly plan subscriptions after 7 days of the billing date (except billing errors).

How to request a refund

Email us at support@wingly.space with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Payment processor

All payments for Wingly subscriptions are collected and managed by Irsoftwares (irsoftwares.in) via Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). Your payment receipts will show Irsoftwares as the merchant name.

GST and invoices

GST is applicable on all subscriptions as per Indian tax law. GST invoices will be issued by Irsoftwares and sent to your registered email address. To update your billing details (GST number, billing address), contact billing@irsoftwares.in.
