Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wingly (wingly.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Wingly is a product of Irsoftwares (irsoftwares.in). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Wingly is a WhatsApp CRM platform that provides shared team inboxes, sales pipelines, broadcast messaging, no-code automations, AI agents, and analytics — built on top of the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Wingly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. You are purchasing access to the platform, not a physical product.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Each account is for use by the organisation that created it. Sharing login credentials with external parties is prohibited.

Wingly integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By using Wingly, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your WhatsApp number.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Irsoftwares. Your subscription and billing relationship is with Irsoftwares.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). GST will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required for the free trial. At the end of the trial, the account will be suspended unless a paid plan is activated. Trial accounts are limited to 1 seat, 200 contacts, and 500 messages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Upon cancellation your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period unless covered by our Refund Policy.

You must not use Wingly to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate Meta's policies.
• Transmit illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent from Irsoftwares.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You retain ownership of all data (contacts, messages, pipeline data) you input into Wingly. Irsoftwares acts as a data processor on your behalf. We will not access, share, or use your customer data for any purpose other than providing the service.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the platform, excluding planned maintenance. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API, Supabase, or other third-party infrastructure providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irsoftwares' total liability for any claim arising from your use of Wingly shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
